As a member of the True Green Capital Project Finance/M&A team, the Analyst will participate in analyzing and executing financing and M&A transactions in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and analysis
- Coordinate transaction activities, including deal evaluation, due diligence, and late-stage development with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentation materials for the True Green Capital investment committee and prospective financing/M&A counterparties.
- Participate in deal structuring and negotiations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree with academic excellence from top tier college or university
- At least 1+ years of project finance, investment banking, private equity, or similar experience, with a focus on financial modeling and analysis in a deal-oriented environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop presentation materials that effectively articulate concepts to a diverse audience.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, organizational excellence, and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with and interest in US electricity markets and power project development.
