Who We Are

True Green Capital Management LLC (“TGC”) is led by an experienced team of distributed power and finance industry professionals with a strong investment track record. From its inception in July 2011, TGC has demonstrated its capacity to originate, finance, build, manage, and exit institutional quality, bankable distributed power projects with competitive entry costs.

TGC is comprised of approximately 30 investment professionals, back office, and operating personnel that focus on investment origination, due-diligence, transaction execution, financing, risk management, back office operations, and asset management.

Leadership Team

PANOS NINIOS, Managing Partner

Panos Ninios is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of True Green Capital Management LLC (“TGC”). He is primarily responsible for defining the firm’s investment strategy, portfolio management, risk management and capital strategy. Panos is the Chairman of the Investment Committee and contributes decades of experience investing in the North American and European renewable energy sector bringing deep regulatory and operational expertise to the TGC team.

Prior to TGC, Panos was a Managing Director for four years at Plainfield Asset Management, a special situations hedge fund based in Greenwich, Connecticut with over $5 billion in assets under management. During his tenure, he was responsible for a global $1.5 billion energy portfolio consisting of private equity, high yield debt and bank debt. While at Plainfield, Panos was a pioneer of what has now become known as the “energy transition” movement. He built and managed an approximately $250 million renewable energy private equity portfolio across a variety of technologies. In that context, Panos evaluated and invested in solar, biomass and biofuel production and power generation, bioplastics production and equipment manufacturing, and more mature technologies such as gas power generation and LNG. His experience at Plainfield informed Panos’ focus on distributed, commercial & industrial (“C&I”) solar power generation, as well as batteries and microgrids, as an actionable segment of the market that provides one of the most attractive risk/return profiles within the value chain. These areas have been TGC’s focus since the firm’s founding in 2011.

Earlier in his career, Panos was an Executive Director with the Goldman Sachs commodity business (JAron) in London, where he concentrated on European power and gas markets and distressed debt power markets. Panos also spent eight years with McKinsey & Co, where he eventually became an Associate Partner, serving major US and European energy companies on deregulation, M&A and commodity risk management. While working on his doctoral thesis, Panos acted as a consultant to the UK power sector, principally the Southern Electric PLC, and spent a year as a financial derivatives analyst at Intercapital Brokers in London.

Panos holds a Ph.D. in Electric Power Industry Deregulation Economics from the London Business School. His thesis addressed power industry deregulation in the UK, the first electric power industry to deregulate, globally. Panos’ work toward his Ph.D. laid the foundation for his professional career, providing Panos with the knowledge and skill set that has placed him at the forefront of electricity market innovation.

In addition to his Ph.D., Panos holds an M.Sc. in operations research from the London School of Economics, an M.Sc. in computer science from the University of Dundee, UK and a B.Sc. in pure mathematics from the University of Patras, Greece.

BO WIEGAND, Partner

Mr. Bruce “Bo” Wiegand is a Co-Founder, Partner and Head of Execution at TGC and a member of the Investment Committee.  He is primarily responsible for investment evaluation, due diligence, transaction closings, and ongoing investment oversight and management.  Bo is also a member of the firm’s Operating Committee which oversees the firm’s overall business verticals.

Prior to joining TGC, Mr. Wiegand was a principal at Voyage Investment Management, a hedge fund that managed over $200 million in peak assets.  While at Voyage, Mr. Wiegand was involved in various portfolio management and operational activities which included investment evaluation, trading and ongoing portfolio management (with a focus on energy) and operations.

Prior to Voyage, Mr. Wiegand was an analyst in BlackRock’s Proprietary Alpha Group, which at the time managed over $5 billion in alternative investments including a $2 billion energy portfolio.

Mr. Wiegand received a B.A. from Harvard University and was a member of the varsity tennis team.

A. DONALD LEPORE III, Partner, General Counsel, and COO

A. Donald (“Don”) Lepore is a Partner and General Counsel at TGC and is responsible for providing legal counsel across all aspects of the Fund’s investments, including due diligence, documentation and execution, monitoring and management, financing and exit events, as well as providing regulatory, compliance and general counsel to the Investment Manager.

Previously, Don was a partner in the corporate department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, a large international law firm, where his practice encompassed advising public and private companies across a broad range of transactions, as well as advising private fund managers and other financial sponsors on fund formations, capital raising, and regulation.  Don also served as Vice-Chair of the firm’s Energy and Clean Technologies Group and has significant experience in the renewable energy and clean technology sectors.

Earlier in his career Don served as General Counsel at RNK Capital, an investment management company with peak assets under management in excess of $1 billion that focused on investments in the environmental, clean technology and renewable energy sectors.  Prior to this, Don practiced law in the M&A group at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.

Don holds an AB from Georgetown University and a JD from New York University School of Law, where he was a Notes Editor for the NYU Law Review.

CHRIS KIRKMAN, Partner and CFO

Chris Kirkman is Partner and Chief Financial Officer at TGC. Chris joined the Firm in 2014 and was elected into the TGC partnership in 2021. He oversees TGC’s financial activities including strategic planning and analysis; capital market relationship management; project finance/exit transactions; and back office accounting/tax operations.

Prior to joining TGC in 2014, Chris spent over a decade in power & utilities investment banking in roles from Associate to Director at Deutsche Bank and WestLB. Earlier in his career, Chris worked in various primarily finance-related positions at the Vanguard Group, Citi, and McKinsey & Company.

Chris holds a MBA in Finance from the Yale School of Management and a BA in English from Kenyon College.

RAMI NABER, Chief Accounting Officer

Rami Naber is the Director of Tax of and Chief Accounting Officer at TGC and is responsible for accounting, tax and for providing operations support across entities at the firm and portfolio levels.

Rami previously served in roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2010 to 2014 auditing Fortune 500 companies as well as private corporations and performing tax services to private corporations including Private Equity Firms. Prior to PwC, he served as a Staff Accountant at Maier, Markey & Justic, assisting smaller companies with back office reporting and auditing larger companies.

Rami received his Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees with a concentration in Accounting from Pace University. He’s been an active Certified Public Accountant since 2012.

PATRICIA TER HEUN, Partner*, Marketing and Investor Relations

Patricia Ter Heun is responsible for capital raising and investor relations.

Patricia has over twenty years’ experience marketing investments to public and corporate pension plans and foundations and endowments, as well as to financial institutions, corporations, and private investors.   From 2014 through 2017 Patricia represented TGC and raised TGCs second and third funds prior to joining TGC as a Partner*.

In 1998 she founded Strategic Marketing Solutions LLC (SMS) a marketing consulting firm specializing in private investments and in 2008 formed Strategic Marketing Solutions LTD, LLC a full-service broker dealer specializing in private equity and private real assets fundraising with a focus in the renewable energy sector. From 1995 to 1998 she was Director of Marketing and Investor Relations for Energy Investors Funds (EIF) assisting EIF in designing and implementing their fundraising and marketing strategy.  From 1991 to 1995 she was Vice President of Marketing for CMA Capital Management, a boutique investment bank specializing in asset-based structured financings for utilities and independent power companies.  Earlier in her career, she was Manager of Special Products for Phoenix Leasing, responsible for marketing venture leasing financial transactions on a direct basis.

Patricia has an Associate of Arts Degree from Columbus College in Seville, Spain.

BETH ADAMSON, Chief Human Resources Officer

Beth Adamson is responsible for developing and executing TGC’s human resource strategy including hiring, training, and our feedback and coaching processes across the Firm. Beth also manages several aspects of our compliance process.

Beth brings a multi-decade wealth of experience in Human Resources to TGC. Previously, Beth founded Lanirock Consulting, LLC., a full-service HR consulting firm and has advised chief executives and senior business leaders across several industries. Prior to Lanirock, for a fifteen year period, Beth led the Human Resource initiatives for Rothschild North America. Earlier in her career, for a decade, Beth held a variety of human resource positions at Credit Suisse and Bankers Trust.

Beth received her B.A. in Economics from Fordham University and is a certified executive coach.

Investment Team

ADAM RASKEN, Partner

Adam Rasken is a Partner TGC, leading origination and acquisition for the firm. Adam is primarily responsible for the initial deal sourcing and underwriting along with cultivating all direct customer and 3rd party developer relationships.

Prior to starting at TGC in 2013, Adam spent 10 plus years in the commercial real estate industry with the last 8 years from 2004-2011 overseeing acquisitions for a family commercial real estate fund in Miami, FL focusing on of income producing office and industrial acquisitions.

Adam holds a Master’s in Real Estate from the Chapman Graduate School of Business and B.Sc. in Finance from Indiana University.

WILL MORGAN, Managing Director

Will Morgan is the Managing Director for Europe at TGC’s UK subsidiary, responsible for leading the firm’s European investment and growth strategy.

For over 9 years prior to joining TGC, Will held the positions of Fund Manager and Head of Renewables at Alpha Real Capital setting up and then growing their distributed renewable energy infra platform to £1bn in assets with responsibility for a combined portfolio of 420MW including 240MW of solar PV at nearly 50 locations. Prior to that, Will acted as Finance and Portfolio Director for Plenium Partners, Madrid, investing across European and international energy markets with oversight for a 330MW operational portfolio in Spain and Italy, including 100MW of solar PV commissioned between 2010 and 2013.

Will holds an International Full Time MBA from ESADE Business School, a PGDip in Urban Property Appraisal from University West Scotland (UWS), and a joint BA Hons in Philosophy & Spanish from University of Leeds.

HERVÉ TOUATI, Managing Director

Hervé, a Managing Director at TGC, leads the firm’s efforts in green molecule investment opportunities.  Earlier in Hervé’s career,  from 1995 to 2008, Hervé worked as a leading expert in the energy sector at McKinsey & Co. Subsequently, in 2008, he joined E.ON establishing and leading the global solar and distributed businesses.  In 2014, Hervé served as a member of the executive board at Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI), enriching his strategic insights.

In 2017, Hervé joined Shell New Energies, where he spearheaded the setup and led the global distributed energy business, expanding his operational experience within large-scale organizations.

As an entrepreneur, Hervé has been instrumental in the launching and expanding several successful for-profit and nonprofit organizations in the renewable and distributed energy space, including Black Bear Energy, CEBA, TS Conductor, Available Power and Battita.  Through these ventures, he has acquired a wealth of experience in growing businesses from their inception.

Hervé also served on the Board of Power Sustainable, a subsidiary of Power Corporation of Canada, for five years, further enhancing his industry influence and network.

Hervé holds a PhD in Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley, an Engineer’s degree from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, and a M.S. in Mathematics from École Normale Supérieure of Paris.

CHRIS METCALF, Director

Chris Metcalf is a Director of Origination at TGC, focusing on sourcing both investments and acquisitions. Chris is primarily responsible for cultivating partnerships with customers, developers, advisors and other stakeholders.

Chris brings to TGC over 15 years of experience in the environmental commodity and deregulated electricity markets. Most recently he led origination for solar tax equity investments at GAF Energy, and built out the company’s commercial solar rooftop channel supporting GAF Materials. Prior to GAF, Chris served as VP of Environmental Markets at Skystream Markets, where he brokered all classes of RECs (Renewable Energy Credits).

Chris holds a B.A. in Government & Legal Studies and Environmental Studies from Bowdoin College.

SAM SALISBURY, Director

Sam Salisbury is a Director of Origination at TGC’s UK subsidiary. Based in London, UK, he is responsible for leading origination and acquisition for the firm in Europe.

Prior to starting at TGC in 2022, Sam was the Managing Director of Kinectrics UK Ltd. where he led a European wide business providing services to the electricity transmission and distribution industry. He also spent ten years at Centrica, one of the UK’s largest energy companies, where he held various roles including VP of The Innovation Labs, Investment Principal of the Ignite Impact Investment Fund, and Group Strategy Manager. Sam started his career as a consultant at Arthur D. Little’s London office, advising clients on business strategy, innovation, and operations.

Sam holds a DPhil in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Queens University, Canada.

ETHAN SIDEROWICZ, Director

Ethan Siderowicz is a Director on the M&A/Execution team at TGC. He is responsible for transaction execution, project evaluation and due diligence.

Prior to joining TGC, Ethan was a Vice President at Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC where he was a member of the Structured Solutions Team within the Investment Bank. In this role, Ethan originated, structured and executed credit-oriented principal investments. Ethan was instrumental in closing 18 distributed generation solar transactions with a combined fair market value of ~$4.6 billion. Ethan began his career in the Project Finance Group at UniCredit Bank AG.

Ethan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University.

RYAN DOWD, Vice President

Ryan Dowd is a Vice President on the M&A/Execution team at TGC with responsibility for financial modeling, transaction due diligence, and execution.

Prior to joining TGC, Ryan was a Senior Analyst at Clearway Energy Group as transaction execution lead for a 100 MW utility scale solar portfolio and 63 MW portfolio of community solar projects. His key responsibilities included managing financial models, coordinating CPs for fundings and construction debt term conversions as well as engagement with third party consultants and independent engineers. Earlier in his career Ryan spent two years with Exxon Mobil in its Finance MBA rotational program. At Exxon, he spent the majority of his tenure in the capital markets group and was responsible for corporate cash forecasting, debt issuance and administration and competitor analysis.

Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from University of Iowa.

ALEX NYALUSI, Vice President

Alex Nyalusi is a Vice President at TGC. He is responsible for due diligence and financial evaluation of potential equity investments and debt & structured tax-financing transactions in support of deal origination and transaction execution.

Alex is also involved in supporting Fund marketing & investor relations and coordinating project development among internal functions.

Prior to joining TGC, Alex worked for a year as a Project Financial Analyst at Brightcore Energy, supporting origination of clean energy solutions for commercial customers.

Alex holds a B.A in Economics from Yale University.

CHARLIE ROBSON, Associate

Charlie Robson is an Associate at TGC supporting Fund marketing, investor relations, coordinating project development and transaction execution activities.

Prior to joining TGC, Charlie completed an internship program with Greencoat Capital, a specialist renewables manager based in the UK.

Charlie holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Newcastle University.

JOHN CLEMENT (“JC”) SANZONE, Analyst

JC Sanzone is an Analyst at TGC where he supports execution, project financing and asset management.

JC holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from Northeastern University.

ALVARO VELEZ, Analyst

Alvaro Velez is an Analyst at TGC’s UK subsidiary, where he supports origination, due diligence, execution, and asset management.

Alvaro holds a Master of Science in Climate Change, Management, and Finance from Imperial College London, with a specialization in renewable energy finance.

Fundraising and Investor Relations

HUGH PRESTON, Director of Fundraising and Investor Relations

Hugh Preston is a Director of Fundraising and Investor Relations at TGC’s UK subsidiary.  Based in London, UK, Hugh is responsible for fundraising activities and maintaining relations with investors.

 Hugh brings over 14 years’ prior experience in sales and project management. Prior to joining TGC, Hugh was at Quest Fund Placement working on multiple successful primary and secondary fundraises. Hugh previously held roles at Credit Suisse International and Peel Hunt LLP, where he successfully executed 32 capital raising and M&A transactions, achieving a combined deal value exceeding $20 billion.

Hugh holds a Joint Honours degree in Modern Languages from the University of Bristol and has completed the CFA’s Investment Management Certificate.

CONNOR MEDLAND, Analyst

Connor Medland is an Analyst at TGC supporting Fund marketing and investor relations.

Prior to joining TGC, Connor was obtaining a BA in Environmental Sciences and Policy at Duke University.

Physical Operations

ILIAS GARIDIS, Operating Partner

Ilias Garidis is an Operating Partner with responsibilities that include capex, technology, and operational due-diligence, focusing primarily on TGCs European portfolio.

Prior to joining TGC Ilias was for five years director of Thyssenkrupp Steel USA where he was responsible for plant wide operations at a 5 million ton flat steel mill in Alabama.  The twenty years prior to Thyssenkrupp, Ilias held various positions in manufacturing and technology companies in Europe including most recently the roles of Chief Operating Officer in Heliosphera SA (a solar panel manufacturer) and Larco SA (the largest European ferronickel producer).

Ilias hold a Licentiate of Technology (Ph.D. equivalent) from the  Helsinki University of Technology in Metallurgy and Corrosion Engineering, an M.Sc. from the National Technical University of Athens and the Helsinki University of Technology and a Diploma in Business Administration from ALBA University

BROOKS ROBINSON, Operating Partner

Brooks Robinson is an Operating Partner at True Green Capital Management LLC (“TGC”) with a focus on TGCs US asset construction.

Brooks brings over 25 years of global experience in the construction and manufacturing sectors, with a specialization in both conventional and renewable energy. His expertise lies in executing projects and driving operational initiatives that foster controlled and sustainable organizational growth.

Most recently, Brooks served as the Vice President of Operations at Power2. His extensive experience includes senior positions at Bond Brothers, Bruner Corporation, AECOM, and Emera Utility Services.

He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering Technology from Memorial University in Newfoundland, Canada.  Additionally, Brooks is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) through the National Society of Professional Engineers.

NICHOLAS LINDSHOLM, Director of Operations & Technical Asset Management

Nicholas Lindsholm is the Director of Operations & Technical Asset Management at TGC and is responsible for Technical Operations & Asset Management for assets managed by TGC.

Nicholas started with the firm in 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in renewables, manufacturing, & construction. Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas led the technology, reliability, & electrical departments at ThyssenKrupp Steel USA’s Greenfield, 5-million-ton steel mill in Alabama.

Nicholas has a Bachelor’s in Manufacturing Management from the University of Minnesota and an Associate of Applied Science in Fluid Power Engineering from Hennepin Technical College. Additionally, Nicholas holds a Professional Certificate with the International Fluid Power Society

MATTHEW DESORBO, Vice President

Matt DeSorbo is the Vice President of Asset Management at TGC, focusing on project development and implementation. Matt is primarily responsible for late-stage development, project planning, and full life cycle management of TGC assets.

Matt brings to TGC over 15 years of experience in conventional and renewable energy development, construction, and operation. Matt has extensive experience in land use, water resource, cultural and natural resource, and air resource permitting.
Prior to joining TGC, Matt was instrumental in the development, finance, construction, and commissioning of a 1000MW gas fired combined cycle power plant located in the PJM regional transmission organization.

Matt holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is very active in his community.

AYE PHYU, Project Manager

Aye Phyu is a Project Manager on the Asset Management Team at TGC focusing both on late -stage development and preconstruction of projects.

Prior to joining TGC, Aye was with EDPR NA Distributed Generation, where she developed over 40MW of solar projects across various markets in the United States before transitioning to the construction team as an Owner’s Project Manager.  Aye has assisted and individually project-managed a combined total of over 50MW of solar project in construction to bring them to the operational stage. She brings exceptional skill as she has experience overseeing the full life cycle of solar projects.

Aye holds a Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Bachelors of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the City College of New York.

Operations & Legal

ARETE ELENI FRIEDMAN, Associate General Counsel

Arete Friedman is Associate General Counsel at TGC, providing counsel and other legal support for its origination, execution, asset management, construction and financing operations and activities.

Prior to joining TGC, Arete served as Senior Legal Counsel to Greenskies Clean Focus, a commercial, municipal and utility-scale solar developer that originates, constructs, operates, finances and owns solar systems. Arete’s prior legal practice also includes tenures at AIG and Liberty Mutual evaluating and managing risk, resolving high-profile lawsuits and supporting underwriting.

Arete earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Binghamton University and her Juris Doctor degree at Pace University School of Law with a concentration in Environmental Law.

KATHRYN VENGEROVSKIY, Chief Compliance Officer & Vice President of Legal

Kathryn is the Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Legal at TGC and is primarily responsible for overseeing and implementing all SEC compliance requirements. Additionally she is focused on legal structuring and documentation on tax equity, debt and sale-leaseback financings in addition to management of all corporate work and fund closing logistics.

Prior to joining TGC in 2016, Kathryn worked for three years as the Managing Paralegal in the asset management group of Credit Suisse. Before that, Kathryn began her career in New York in 2004 at Watson, Farley & Williams LLP, a large international firm, where she worked in the project finance group concentrating on shipping and marine assets and then, later, completed a year at BBAM US LP, a San Francisco based asset management firm focused on the commercial aviation industry.

Kathryn holds a B.A. in Political Science from Northeastern University.

KELSEY HINE, Controller

Kelsey Hine is a Vice President at TGC and is primarily responsible for accounting procedures across all project and middle-tier level entities. Kelsey also assists with Fund level accounting and provides support to the operations team in financial closing transactions.

Prior to joining TGC in 2016, Kelsey began her career at public accounting firm BlumShapiro, where she held the position of Senior Accountant and served four years specializing in the audit of private companies.

Kelsey holds a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.

DANIEL LADORE, Vice President IT

Dan LaDore is responsible for TGC’s Information Technology and Security. As IT Manager, Dan ensures the implementation of the Firm’s Information Technology and Security policies and procedures, provides both physical and remote IT support to employees, and manages the relationship with our IT Managed Service Provider Abacus Group.

Previously, Dan served as Director of IT at Breitling USA, managing all aspects of IT infrastructure and security for wholesale, retail, and repairs for the US and Canada operations for 11 years.

Prior to Breitling, Dan spent 12 years at IBM, first managing relationships with external clients and then helping run a small research lab demonstrating IBM’s Advanced Internet Technologies to IBM employees and external customers.

Dan studied Computer Science at Pace University and has held certifications from Microsoft and Novell.

ZHANNA GALATAS, Senior Accountant

Zhanna Galatas is an Associate and Senior Accountant at TGC. She assists with accounting and financial reporting oversight, tax compliance, and the annual audit process. In addition, she provides support to the operations and investor relations teams.

Prior to joining TGC in 2021, Zhanna was a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte’s New York investment management tax practice. She served private equity clients for three years, providing them tax compliance and consulting services.

Zhanna holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Baruch College.

VANESSA BARROSO, Analyst

Vanessa Barroso is an Analyst at TGC. She is responsible for all cash transactions related to the Funds and subsidiary investments, as well as assisting with reporting requirements throughout the portfolio.

Prior to joining TGC in 2019, Vanessa worked for three years as an A/P & A/R specialist in property management, supporting day-to-day management of payments and collections.

Vanessa holds an A.S. in business management, with a B.S in Accounting, in progress, at Sacred Heart University.

YOLANDA DE PAZ, Analyst

Yolanda De Paz is an Analyst on the Legal team at TGC, where she provides legal support to the Asset Management, Engineering,  and Operations teams.

Before joining TGC, Yolanda served as Legal Counsel at 9Ren Group, where she played a key role in negotiating and structuring contracts for the acquisition of photovoltaic facilities across Spain, Italy, and Israel. Her work included overseeing turnkey contracts, as well as O&M and supply agreements.

Yolanda holds an LLM in International Law from Oxford Brookes University and a JD from Universidad Complutense.

SAMANTHA MILLER, Analyst

Samantha Miller is an analyst on the Legal and Compliance teams at TGC.  Samantha provides project financing, M&A, real estate, and general corporate support as well as compliance assistance to the firm.

Prior to joining TGC, Samantha was obtaining a BA in Political Science at the University of Connecticut.

Senior Advisors

JOHN BERTUZZI

Prior to retiring in 2010, John served as a Managing Director in the Commodities division at Goldman Sachs Co (J Aron) for 13 years. At Goldman, John managed a global derivatives trading team focused on serving clients in crude oil and petroleum products worldwide. John is a member of the Investment Committee.

Before Goldman, John was a Senior Vice President in the commodity trading group at Lehman Brothers for seven years.

John has also worked in commodities trading for Mitsui & Co., Metallgesellschaft Corp., and also in auditing for Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst&Young).

John holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and B.S. from the University at Albany.

HENRI TALERMAN

Henri Talerman is co-founder of WR Capital Partners LLC, an investment partnership and a successor to Wesray Capital, a pioneer in the buyout industry.  WR is a seeder to TGC and owns equity in the General Partner.

Prior to forming WR , Henri was Partner of Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Partners and Managing Director of Lehman Brothers Inc.  Henri was a member of Lehman’s Investment Committee and IB Operating Committee.

Henri has invested across a wide range of industries.  He sits on boards of portfolio companies and plays an active role in capital allocation and strategy decisions.

Henri holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees in Economics and Law from Witwatersrand University in South Africa.
